These clients completed several projects with us in 2025, and this kitchen remodel was one of those “happy surprise” moments. During demolition, a plumbing issue was uncovered that ultimately allowed the kitchen layout to become slightly larger than originally planned. When life hands you lemons, these homeowners definitely made lemonade.
To maximize the space, we added additional cabinetry to the back side of the kitchen peninsula, creating more storage, expanded counter space, and comfortable bar seating. We also installed new kitchen countertops, a new sink and faucet, and a fresh backsplash, then finished things off with updated hardware on the existing cabinetry. With the right design choices and thoughtful upgrades, the result is a kitchen that feels completely brand new—without a full tear-out.
